1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your purchase of and participation in Outsell Not Sellout™ — The Program (“OSSO” or “the Program”). The Program is provided by Empoweredminds International LLP (“we”, “us” or “our”). By purchasing the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. The Program
Outsell Not Sellout™ is a professional education and development program designed to help participants improve the way they communicate with, understand and guide buyers or clients.
Your enrolment includes:
• Outsell Not Sellout™ Foundations — self-paced digital learning covering the core principles and frameworks of the Program.
• 2-Day Live Online Application Lab — two scheduled live online training days, ordinarily running from 10:00am to 5:00pm, including a one-hour lunch break and scheduled breaks. BuyerBlueprintAI™ is taught within the Application Lab together with demonstrations, practical exercises, buyer scenarios, roleplays and feedback.
• 4-Week Live Field Lab — four 90-minute live online group coaching, training and application sessions, ordinarily held once per week over four weeks.
• Course materials, exercises and supporting digital resources specifically included with your enrolment. The live components are cohort-based.
The exact dates and reasonable operational details will be communicated for the cohort in which you enrol.
We may make reasonable adjustments to sequence, format, timing or delivery where necessary, provided that these do not materially reduce the overall Program purchased.
3. Program Fees and Payment Plans
The Program fee is based on the payment option selected at checkout.
Available payment arrangements may include:
One-Time Payment: US$1,222
3-Payment Plan: 3 monthly payments of US$468, for a total commitment of US$1,404.
6-Payment Plan: 6 monthly payments of US$258, for a total commitment of US$1,548.
Where you select an instalment plan, you are purchasing the complete Program and agreeing to pay the complete amount stated for that payment plan.
An instalment plan is not a monthly subscription, trial, or pay-as-you-go arrangement and cannot be cancelled simply because you decide not to continue participating.
You authorise the applicable payment provider to charge the agreed instalments to your selected payment method according to the payment schedule.
4. Failed or Outstanding Payments
If an instalment cannot be processed, we may contact you and/or attempt to collect the outstanding payment using the payment method associated with your purchase, subject to applicable payment-provider rules and law.
We may suspend access to the Program, course materials, membership area and live components while an amount remains overdue.
Suspension of access does not by itself cancel the remaining payment commitment.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Except where required by applicable law, payments made for the Program are non-refundable.
Choosing not to attend, participate in, complete or make use of the Program does not create an entitlement to a refund or release you from an agreed instalment plan.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
6. Program Access
Your enrolment and access are for your personal use only.
Login details, recordings, course materials, frameworks, worksheets and other Program resources may not be shared with another person or organisation unless we have given written permission.
Ongoing digital access: Your enrolment includes ongoing access to the digital course materials and resources specifically included with your enrolment, for as long as Outsell Not Sellout™ continues to operate and make those materials available through its learning platform.
This does not include indefinite access to live training, coaching, future cohorts, future programs, future products, upgrades or newly released materials unless expressly stated.
We may migrate, replace or change the technology or platform used to deliver digital materials without this being treated as a loss of access, provided substantially equivalent access to the applicable materials is maintained where reasonably practicable.
7. Live Sessions, Attendance and Recordings
The 2-Day Live Online Application Lab and 4-Week Live Field Lab are scheduled, cohort-based learning experiences. Your enrolment is for the scheduled cohort allocated to or selected by you.
Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and completing any preparation or application work. If you miss a live session, that session will not be replaced, repeated for you individually or transferred to a future cohort.
Missing a session does not create an entitlement to a refund, credit, transfer or release from an agreed payment plan, except where required by applicable law.
We may record selected live sessions or selected learning segments and may make those recordings available as supplementary learning resources at our discretion.
Recordings are not a core Program deliverable and are not guaranteed for every session. A participant should therefore not rely on a recording being available as a substitute for attending a live session.
Where recordings are provided, we may determine which portions are made available and the period for which they remain accessible, taking into account participant privacy, confidentiality, teaching quality and other reasonable considerations.
Dates and times may occasionally need to change due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where this occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and an appropriate alternative.Future cohorts, additional live sessions and private coaching are not included unless expressly stated as part of your enrolment.
8. Educational Purpose and Results
OSSO is an educational and professional-development program.
We do not guarantee any particular level of sales, revenue, commissions, business growth, client acquisition or other commercial result.
Examples, illustrations and case discussions are provided for educational purposes and should not be interpreted as promises of future performance.
Results depend on many factors, including the participant's circumstances, decisions, effort, implementation, market and business environment.
9. BuyerBlueprintAI™
BuyerBlueprintAI™ and any related buyer profiles, archetypes, observations, prompts or recommendations are educational communication-support tools.
They are not psychological diagnoses, clinical assessments or definitive classifications of an individual.
Participants are responsible for applying these tools thoughtfully and for complying with applicable privacy, confidentiality, data-protection and professional obligations when using information concerning clients, prospects or other third parties.
10. Intellectual Property
Outsell Not Sellout™, BuyerBlueprintAI™, and the Program's frameworks, methodologies, course materials, videos, recordings, worksheets, diagrams, exercises, written content and other resources are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Your purchase grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the Program materials for your own learning and professional application.
You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, upload, license, teach, commercially exploit or create derivative training products from the Program materials without prior written permission.
11. Recording and Confidentiality
You may not record live Program sessions unless we expressly permit it.
Participants may discuss real business situations during live sessions.
You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of information shared by other participants and not disclose another participant's confidential information outside the Program.
12. Appropriate Participation
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where a participant seriously disrupts the Program, harasses another participant, misuses Program materials, shares unauthorised access, or otherwise materially breaches these Terms.
Where access is terminated because of a participant's material breach, this does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund or cancel outstanding payment obligations, subject always to applicable law.
13. Third-Party Services
The Program may use third-party platforms or services for payments, video conferencing, course delivery, communications or other functionality.
Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for interruptions or failures caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from participation in or reliance upon the Program.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
15. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with your enrolment and participation will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time where reasonably necessary, including to reflect changes in the Program, our services or applicable requirements.
Any change that materially affects an existing purchase will not retrospectively remove rights already provided to you under the terms applicable when you purchased, except where required by law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Program will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdictional protections available under applicable law.
